Opportunity: Academic Coordinator

(Learning Enhancement Program – Classes 9–12)

We are inviting applications for the position of Academic Coordinator to support the implementation of

the Learning Enhancement Program (LEP) for Classes 9–12. This role, based in Bhopal, Madhya

Pradesh, provides an opportunity to work closely with the School Education Department, Government

Officials, District Teams, and Schools to strengthen learning outcomes and ensure the effective execution

of LEP initiatives.

Position Details

 Designation: Academic Coordinator

 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with the Education Department, Government Officials, and District Teams for smooth

and timely implementation.

 Provide academic support to teachers and schools for effective delivery of LEP activities.

 Monitor progress, prepare academic and program reports, and ensure adherence to standards.

 Organize training, orientation, and capacity-building programs for teachers and project staff.

 Facilitate successful implementation of LEP interventions across Classes 9–12.

Qualifications & Experience

 Postgraduate degree in Education / Science / Commerce / Arts (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).

 Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or academic coordination at the Secondary & Senior

Secondary level.

 Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

 Prior experience with Education Department or Government-led projects will be an added

advantage.
