Are you passionate about helping students and professionals shape their IT careers?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Career Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team!

You’ll guide learners in choosing the right IT certification and career programs while achieving enrollment goals through consultative and value-based counselling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals on IT courses aligned with their goals.

Convert leads into enrollments through consultative and need-based selling.

Develop deep knowledge of programs such as Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.

Follow up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Maintain student data and update the CRM with all interactions.

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

💡 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales (preferably IT or technical courses).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with IT career paths and technologies (bonus!).

Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
