Record Keeping and Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues and returns.
2. Assist in the generation of inventory reports and records.
Quality Control and Compliance:
1. Contribute to quality control measures to ensure that all stored items meet quality and safety standards, particularly in a healthcare setting.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Vendor Relations:
1. Collaborate with vendors for order placement and delivery coordination.
2. Provide support in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and monitoring vendor
performance.
Emergency Preparedness:
1. Participate in the development and implementation of emergency plans to ensure that critical supplies are available during emergencies or disasters.
Required Skill Sets:
