Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales (preferably footwear, apparel, or fashion accessories)

Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)

Job Summary:

The Store Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about retail and fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and helping them select the right products.

 Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

 Ensure merchandise display, cleanliness, and store hygiene are maintained as per company standards.

 Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.

 Manage stock levels – support in receiving, tagging, and replenishment of products.

 Support store manager in visual merchandising, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

 Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

 Maintain knowledge of current product ranges, offers, and upcoming launches.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Skills & Competencies:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong customer service orientation.

 Good selling and negotiation skills.

 Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS, MS Excel preferred).

 Team player with a positive attitude.

 Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
