About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

• Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, campus drives) to attract the right talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.

• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
