Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries

• Support grievance handling and conflict resolution

• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases

• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit letters

• Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates

Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements

• Support audits and statutory filings

Performance Management & Training

• Assist in performance appraisal processes

• Coordinate training and development programs

• Track training effectiveness and employee development needs

Exit Management

• Conduct exit formalities and interviews

• Ensure full and final settlements are processed smoothly

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may apply depending on organization)

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
