We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to fulfill organizational hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment cycle
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and job portals
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
