We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across domains such as sales, marketing, operations, customer support, finance, or other non-technical roles.

🧑‍💻𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

🔹Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

🔹Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

🔹Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

🔹Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.

🔹Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire..

🧠𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🎯Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

🎯Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

🎯Proven experience with mid-level hiring.

🎯Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🎯Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).

🎯Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
