HR Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive HR professional with 8months-3 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru.  

Responsibilities 

• Should have hands-on experience in payroll management, especially working with greytHR or other HRMS tools and statutory compliance, including labour laws and regulations. 

• We are looking for someone with strong skills in post-selection candidate follow-up, post-offer follow-up, end-to-end employee onboarding, employee off-boarding, attendance management, handling employee grievances, coordinating the appraisal process, vendor management, HR administration, maintaining intern records, and recruitment, etc., 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India. 

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS). 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 

• Proficiency in Kannada (speaking and understanding).
