Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.

• Maintain candidate databases and job postings on relevant platforms.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records

• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.

4. Policy Implementation & Administration

• Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.

• Draft and update HR policies, circulars, and letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
