1. Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end hiring for store-level and back-end roles (Butchers, Store Managers, Cashiers, Production Staff, Delivery Executives, etc.)
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and local market hiring drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company culture fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with functional heads.
Conduct salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
2. Workforce Planning
Coordinate with Operations and Cluster Managers for manpower forecasting.
Maintain an updated manpower tracker (vacancy status, replacements, new openings).
Support seasonal or festive hiring as per business surge requirements.
3. Onboarding & Documentation
Ensure proper documentation, background verification, and onboarding of new hires.
Coordinate with HR Operations for ID creation, uniform issue, and induction scheduling.
4. Vendor & Local Hiring Management
Handle tie-ups with local placement agencies, training institutes, and community employment centers.
Organize recruitment drives in target zones to ensure consistent manpower supply.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports (Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join ratio, Source Effectiveness, Attrition Replacement).
Provide weekly hiring updates to HR Manager and Operations Head.
Strong understanding of blue-collar and retail hiring.
Excellent networking and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Hands-on experience in field hiring and bulk recruitment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the meat, FMCG, or retail food sector).
Ownership & Accountability – Takes responsibility for manpower targets.
Speed & Agility – Quick turnaround in urgent manpower needs.
Collaboration – Works closely with store and operations teams.
Adaptability – Handles multi-location hiring with flexibility.
