Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. This role plays a key part in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to support our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.

• Develop and post job descriptions across various job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.

• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks).

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.

• Conduct reference and background checks as needed.

• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports.

• Support employer branding initiatives and career events.

• Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding new employees and maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, HR coordinator, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
