JOB DESCRIPTION : HR Officer – Bulk Hiring

Location : Airport Gate No. 2 Branch (Work from Office)

Department : Talent Acquisition

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience : 0 – 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential delivery partners using the company’s mobile app / CRM platform.

• Explain the role, requirements, incentives, and benefits of working as a delivery partner.

• Assist candidates in completing registration, document verification, and onboarding steps.

• Maintain daily calling and conversion targets as per assigned metrics.

• Update candidate information, follow-ups, and status accurately in the CRM.

• Collaborate with the central HR / Operations team to ensure smooth partner onboarding in respective

cities.

• Handle candidate queries and provide a positive recruitment experience.

• Report daily progress and hiring numbers to the team lead / manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and meeting daily targets.

• Basic computer and smartphone literacy — experience using CRM or mobile applications preferred.

• Strong people-handling and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience in BPO, tele-calling, or recruitment preferred.

Salary Structure :

• Freshers: Rs.8,000-Rs.10,000 per month during the on-the-job training period (first 3 months).

• Post Training (Freshers): Salary will be revised upto 25% based on performance and targets achieved.

• Experienced Candidates: Salary will be decided based on experience and last salary package.
