About the Company

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to lead our HR functions and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, recruitment, and employee-management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete HR operations of the organization.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads and management to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes.

• Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, performance, and exit formalities.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.

• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal and review processes.

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

• Monitor HR-related reports, including recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee performance.

• Handle Full & Final (F&F) processes and ensure smooth employee exits.

• Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and employment regulations.

• Guide and manage the HR team and delegate responsibilities effectively.

• Work closely with management on manpower planning and organizational development.

• Identify HR challenges and provide practical solutions to improve employee productivity and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in HR, with relevant experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and team management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment practices.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR management tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
