Hiring: HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.

• Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
