About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and attendance management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable handling HR responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and salary-related data.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, and daily requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance data.
Support employee engagement and resolve basic employee-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in attendance and payroll coordination will be an advantage.
