Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

• Help with employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

• Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.

• Support payroll processing and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
