Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Sales Executive to manage and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to engage clients through regular follow-ups, understand their hiring requirements, and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing and prospective clients through calls and regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Engage clients to understand their recruitment requirements.
Generate new business opportunities by approaching and convincing potential clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly client acquisition and engagement targets.
Resolve client queries and provide prompt support.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR services is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (BBA preferred).
MBA (Pursuing/Completed) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Management, HR Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Candidates residing in or near Noida will be preferred.
