Position: Payroll & Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF,

• Prepare and file statutory returns and maintain compliance records.

• Manage employee onboarding, exits, full & final settlements, and payroll documentation.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for payroll and compliance activities.

• Handle payroll-related queries and maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Generate payroll and compliance reports for management.
