Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on-boarding new employees.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.

• Handle HR documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, and other correspondence.

• Support payroll coordination by sharing attendance and leave data.

• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities and office events.

• Address basic employee queries and maintain HR communication.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
