Female Guest Relations Executive / Front Office Assistant

Location:

Hotel, Rukmani Vihar, Vrindavan

Job Summary:

We are seeking confident, well-groomed, and English-speaking female candidates for guest relations, reception, and customer service roles at our hotel in Vrindavan. The candidate will serve as the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, prompt assistance, and a memorable stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.

• Handle front desk operations including reservations, room allocation, and guest queries.

• Communicate effectively in English with domestic and international guests.

• Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.

• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and maintenance departments for smooth operations.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests efficiently.

• Manage billing, receipts, and payment collection in coordination with accounts.

• Maintain daily guest records, feedback forms, and complaint registers.

• Support event and VIP guest management during special occasions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female

• Age: 18 to 30 years preferred

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Hotel Management or Hospitality background preferred.

• Language Skills: Must speak fluent English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Experience: 0–2 years in hotel front desk, guest relations, or similar role (Freshers welcome).

• Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable with confident communication.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi)

• Pleasant personality and polite demeanor

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, email)

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

• Customer service-oriented attitude

• Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability

Work Schedule:

• Duty Hours: 9 hours per shift (rotational shifts – morning/evening)

• Weekly Off: As per roster
