We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team for a Family Hotel in Paharganj to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like Guest Check In and Check Out along with guest billing . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹17000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Politely Dealing with Guest and assist them in selecting rooms and allocating the same.

• Perform Check In, Check Out and Billing for the Guest.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

• Oversee the Housekeeping Staff to ensure the rooms are getting ready in time for the Guests.

• Make Taxi and other travel arrangements for Guests.

• Perform administrative tasks like preparing daily Guest Lists etc.
