Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

Maintain records and manage tool room inventory
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
Working Time: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines, ensuring that all parts are produced to specifications, and adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
· Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts and components from a variety of materials.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and requirements.
· Load raw materials and select proper tools for each operation based on the job requirements.
· Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure efficient machine operation.
· Conduct quality checks using various measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications.
· Make adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and part alignment as necessary.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
· Keep accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and inspections.
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production schedules, machine issues, or changes to job requirements.
