We are looking for a DTP Operator to join our team at BLUEINK International Pvt. Ltd. to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating layouts for books, magazines, brochures, catalogues, and other print materials

• Performing typesetting and page formatting using Adobe InDesign

• Converting manuscripts into print-ready formats

• Editing and placing images, including resizing, cropping, and color correction

• Setting font styles, spacing, alignment, margins, and overall page structure professionally

• Coordinating with editors and designers to complete corrections and revisions

• Preparing final files as per pre-press standards (PDF/X, CMYK, bleed, crop marks)

• Conducting quality checks of documents before printing

• Maintaining proper file management and backups of all project files

• Delivering tasks within deadlines and ensuring smooth teamwork

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Indesign.
