Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the building materials segment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling ACP Sheets, Composite Panels, or similar architectural/building products and will be responsible for driving sales through distributors, wholesalers, architects, builders, and contractors

Role & responsibilities:
• Identify and establish new business opportunities with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, architects, and builders.
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with channel partners and key decision-makers. • Promote and demonstrate product applications to clients and influence specification with architects and consultants.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

• Conduct site visits and understand project requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in alignment with company policies.

• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree

• 2-5 years of proven sales experience in building materials (ACP, HPL, plywood, laminates, facade materials, etc.). • Strong network with architects, builders, and distributors in the assigned territory.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
