Blaze is a fast-growing T-shirt brand committed to delivering stylish, high-quality, and affordable apparel. We’re now looking to expand our reach in the offline market by partnering with shopkeepers, distributors, and retail outlets.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving sales by building strong relationships with shopkeepers and retailers. The candidate will be the face of Blaze in the market, ensuring consistent growth and deal closures.
Identify and approach potential shopkeepers, retailers, and distributors.
Pitch Blaze products effectively and highlight unique selling points.
Negotiate and close sales deals with shop owners.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with retailers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from retailers.
Ensure timely reporting of sales progress and challenges.
Proven experience in sales, fieldwork, or business development (preferably in apparel/FMCG).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel and meet shopkeepers on a daily basis.
