We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Executives with a proven ability to close property deals. A solid understanding of the West and North Bangalore market, excellent client handling skills, and a strong follow-up approach are essential. The role also includes coordination with builders and their teams to arrange site visits, get inventory updates, and assist clients with the buying process.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete buying/selling transactions – from inquiry to closure.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with builder sales teams for site visits, pricing, and updates.

• Meet and follow up with potential buyers to understand their property needs.

• Conduct site visits and present project details professionally.

• Provide accurate market insights to guide clients in decision-making.

• Build and maintain a network of buyers, investors, and property owners.

• Negotiate and close deals with complete client satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferably with a channel partner).

• In-depth knowledge of North & West Bangalore projects and areas.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Must have strong relationship management with builder teams.

• Proven track record in closing property deals.

• Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.

• Existing client database is a plus.
