The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to a network of established doctors and healthcare professionals. The role requires maintaining and deepening existing relationships, providing product information, gathering feedback, and ensuring high satisfaction among partnered medical practitioners.
Regularly visit known doctors to present new and existing pharmaceutical products, providing detailed information on benefits, usage, and safety.
Maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare professionals, ensuring ongoing engagement and loyalty to the company’s product lines.
Gather and report feedback from doctors regarding product efficacy, side effects, and market trends to internal stakeholders.
Provide prompt answers to queries from doctors and offer scientific support or clarification as needed.
Organize and attend medical events, conferences, and seminars in coordination with marketing teams to further strengthen relationships with key doctors.
Document all interactions, feedback, and information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
Ensure all promotional activities adhere to applicable ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate doctors’ needs and help tailor marketing or product development strategies.
