Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution: Proactively close sales through various methods such as cold calling, product presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Strategy Development: Research the market and develop creative sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Reporting: Regularly track and report performance metrics, sales activities, and customer feedback to management.

• Database Management: Continuously expand and manage the client database, ensuring effective lead generation and follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly in the building materials or wooden products sector (laminates, mica, flush doors, plywood, etc.) is preferred.

• Sales Skills: A strong grasp of various sales techniques (cold calling, door-to-door, presentations) and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales performance effectively.

• Self-Motivated: A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
