1. Candidate has to build the team of advisors/agents through their own references, their own connections & make them work for driving sales.
2. Candidate doesn't need to sell the life insurance products but has to drive sales from their advisors/agents.
3. Candidate has to continuously train & motivate the team for maximizing the sales.
4. .Candidates will be on the on-roll job & the advisor/agents will be on the commission bases.
5. Depending on performance, there will be Fast-track promotion + National & International trips.
6. For this, the company will provide training also in which candidates will be taught about life insurance, recruitment of agents, client handling & relationship management, etc.
7. Candidates will be on fixed pay + Lucrative Incentives.
