As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business through the Sales, building strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, support and develop insurance advisors’ team
Achieve sales targets through field sales
Generate leads and convert sales opportunities
Assist advisors in customer meetings and closures
Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships
Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory).
2+ years of any field sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
