Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2C conversions across WhatsApp and web platforms.

• Lead the onboarding and launch of new digital services, including PAN, DL, RC, HSRP, and others.

• Design and execute conversion optimization initiatives (user flows, pricing strategies, and bundled offerings).

• Monitor customer funnels, identify drop-offs, and implement solutions to improve retention and engagement.

• Provide strategic input on campaigns, retargeting, and automation to enhance growth.

• Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to scale impact and achieve business objectives.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of B2C digital marketing channels (WhatsApp, web, social media, email).

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and growth experiments.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting customer funnels.

• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and basic website/app workflows.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
