Plan and execute online marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads.

Run lead generation ads and ensure regular follow-up coordination with sales team.

Manage social media pages with creative posts, reels, stories & engagement strategies.

Monitor and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, and ad performance.

Maintain WhatsApp & Email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.

Coordinate with design team for banners, creatives, videos.

Track daily leads and prepare weekly performance reports.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (FB/Instagram) & Google Ads – minimum 1 year.

Basic knowledge of SEO & Website / Landing Page Optimization.

Good communication & creative thinking.

Experience in real estate / sales-oriented campaigns is an added advantage.

Qualification:

Any Degree / MBA / Digital Marketing Certification preferred
