📞 Handle inbound & outbound calls confidently.
💬 Explain company products and services to customers.
🗂 Maintain customer details, follow-ups, and CRM data.
🎯 Meet daily & monthly calling/conversion targets.
🤝 Maintain positive and professional communication.
💻 Enter and update information accurately.
