Job description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with potential customers, provide information about our products, handle inquiries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote iZaG products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.

• Follow up on leads, feedback, and pending orders.

• Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Support marketing and promotional campaigns through follow-up calls.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
