Customer Service Associate ka main role hai company ke customers ko unke sawaalon ka jawab dena, unki problems solve karna, aur products ya services ke baare mein madad dena. Candidate ko Hindi aur English dono mein baat karni aur samajhni aani chahiye.
Phone, email, ya chat ke zariye customers se baat karna.
Customer queries (sawaal) ko samajhna aur unka sahi jawab dena.
Complaints ko politely aur professionally handle karna.
Company ke products aur services ki basic jankari rakhna.
Customer interactions aur feedback ka record maintain karna.
Zarurat padne par team aur seniors ke saath milkar problems solve karna.
8-hour shift (e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM, ya night shift)
Shift timing company ke requirement ke hisaab se flexible ho sakti hai.
Minimum 12th pass
Hindi aur English dono mein samajhne aur bolne ki ability
Strong communication skills (verbal aur written)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, typing skills
Patience aur problem-solving attitude
Teamwork aur coordination skills
Minimum: 12th Pass
Language: Hindi & English
Experience: Customer Service experience preferred, but not mandatory
Office-based ya remote (company ke policy ke hisaab se)
