About the Role:

We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers

• Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and effectively

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and empathetic communication

• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
  

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline

• Previous experience in customer support or call center is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays (if applicable)
