Job Summary: The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s information systems, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role requires expertise in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and knowledge of FMS (Facility Management System) and IMS (Inventry Management System).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Reporting:
· Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decision-making.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
2. Advanced Excel Functions:
· Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros to automate and streamline data processes.
· Create complex formulas and perform data analysis.
3. Google Sheets:
· Develop and maintain Google Sheets for collaborative data management and reporting.
· Use Google Sheets functions and scripting to enhance data processing and reporting efficiency.
4. Facility Management System (FMS) and Information Management System (IMS):
· Manage and maintain FMS and IMS to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
· Train users on FMS and IMS functionalities and provide ongoing support.
5. MIS Documentation:
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS processes, procedures, and reports.
· Update and revise documentation as needed to reflect changes in systems or procedures.
6. System Maintenance and Support:
· Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
· Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to MIS systems.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with various departments to understand their MIS needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
· Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and its advanced functions.
· Experience with Facility Management System (FMS) and Information Management System (IMS) is preferred.
