Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate (Executive Assistant) to support our day-to-day administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and has strong communication and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general admin and office coordination tasks

• Maintain and organize data in Excel sheets

• Handle basic documentation and follow-ups

• Support scheduling, communications, and record keeping

• Perform miscellaneous tasks as required by the team

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Willingness to work in a startup-style environment

• Must be available to work on-site in Mumbai, Monday to Saturday
