About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can handle end-to-end design execution — from client meetings and concept creation to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a good design aesthetic, and the ability to create functional and visually appealing spaces while managing client expectations and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Prepare design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Create 2D drawings and high-quality 3D renders for client presentations.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations based on design and materials.
Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure on-time project delivery.
Stay updated with current design trends, sustainable materials, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Tools:
Design & Drafting Tools:
AutoCAD (for 2D drawings and working details)
SketchUp
Revit (preferred but not mandatory)
Rendering & Visualization Tools:
3ds Max with V-Ray / Corona Renderer
Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
Photoshop for post-production
Other Tools:
MS Office / Excel (for quotations, BOQ, and documentation)
Canva or Illustrator (for concept presentations – optional)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 1–5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
Proven experience in preparing design proposals, renders, and BOQs.
Strong understanding of materials, modular furniture, and site execution processes.
