Job Description:

·        Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and price negotiations.

·        Maintain records of goods, invoices, and payments.

·        Prepare and verify bills, GRNs, and supporting documents.

·        Coordinate with accounts for timely billing and payment processing.

·        Ensure accuracy in purchase and billing documentation.

Requirements:

·        Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Purchase & Billing.

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and documentation.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·        Immediate joiner preferred.
