Position: Field Collection Executive – Group Loans
Department: Collections / Recovery
Location: Field Based
Reporting To: Collection Manager / Agency Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for recovering group loan instalments through field visits, borrower meetings, and timely follow-ups. Ensure repayment discipline, reduce delinquency, and maintain healthy customer relationships while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly/weekly recovery targets for group loans.

• Conduct field visits and attend group meetings for EMI collections/Settlements.

• Follow up with overdue customers and minimize default cases.

• Handle cash/cheque collections safely and deposit on time.

• Maintain accurate records and submit daily collection reports.

• Ensure compliance with collection policies and ethical practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication & negotiation skills.

• Strong fieldwork orientation and ability to handle pressure.

• Knowledge of microfinance/group lending (preferred).

• Integrity in handling cash and customer dealings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).

• Experience in collections (NBFC/MFI/Banking) preferred.

• Freshers with willingness to travel extensively may also apply.
