We are looking for an Billing Executive to join our team at Gandhi Dham Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Check cost sheet attached in the docket with quotation.

2.    Prepare e – invoice for import/ export CHA & Freight forwarding, transport.

3.    Scan invoice with supporting documents & courier it to clients on time.

4.    Track courier details & ensure customer received invoice.

5.    Accurate data entry related to account.

6.    Prepare billing report and send to management on daily basis

7.    Computer Knowledge in MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point

8.    Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.
