Skills Required:

• Proficient in Tally ERP, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of GST (CGST, SGST, IGST), TDS, and accounting principles.

• Skilled in E-invoice, E-way bill, credit/debit notes, and daily accounting entries.

• Experienced in bank statement and accounts reconciliation.

• Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage high-volume retail billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting in Tally ERP (sales, purchase, payments).

• Verify purchase bills, handle vendor payments and cash transactions.

• Prepare invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, GST/TDS filings.

• Perform bank & account reconciliation; maintain petty cash.

• Assist in financial reports and audit support.

• Must have rent agreement or own house (handles daily cash).
