Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.

• Support in budgeting, auditing, and financial planning activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all financial tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

• Proven work experience in accounting (1–3 years for executive, 3–7 years for senior roles).

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
