Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations at our Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, financial entries, and reconciliation to ensure smooth and accurate financial management for Asco Motors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

• Record all sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.

• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and bills.

• Handle bank reconciliation statements and petty cash.

• Support in monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with the head office for data submission and accounting reports.

• Manage vendor and customer ledgers, ensuring timely settlements.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.

• Ensure proper maintenance of files, records, and supporting documents.
