The Salon Manager will lead daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of hygiene, efficiency, and overall salon performance.
Oversee salon staff including therapists, beauticians, front desk, and housekeeping.
Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and supervise performance and grooming.
Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience; handle complaints professionally.
Manage daily salon operations, hygiene, safety, and equipment readiness.
Drive sales by promoting services, packages, and retail products; meet revenue targets.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate product replenishment.
Maintain reports for attendance, sales, expenses, and follow all company SOPs.
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, grooming guidelines, and professional conduct.
3–5 years of experience in salon or spa management.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage staff issues, client concerns, and operational challenges.
Good knowledge of treatments, products, and salon equipment.
Experience in achieving sales targets and preparing reports.
