We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecalling Executive who can connect with inbound and outbound leads interested in villa bookings and holiday stays. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining property options, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
📞 Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with warm & hot leads generated from ads, website & social media
Understand customer travel needs (location, dates, guests, budget)
Suggest suitable villas and packages
Share photos, videos & details via WhatsApp/email
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Handle objections & negotiate professionally
Maintain daily call records in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with operations team for availability & confirmation
Provide post-booking assistance and collect feedback
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly booking targets
💬 Required Skills
Good Hindi communication (English is a plus)
Confident & convincing speaking skills
Sales mindset and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & CRM
Customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle multiple leads daily
Follow-up discipline (very important in booking industry)
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in travel, hotel booking, real estate or holiday packages
Experience in tele-sales / telecalling / lead conversion
Familiar with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) – optional
