Security Guard Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, property, and information. The supervisor enforces security policies, monitors security systems, manages guard schedules, and responds to incidents as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.

Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and report any irregularities.

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate coverage at all times.

Train and guide security staff on safety procedures, emergency response, and company policies.

Proven experience (3+ years) in security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Basic computer skills for report writing and monitoring systems.

Physical fitness and ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
