Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM (Tele Sales Manager) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales executives, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer handling. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, excellent team management capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and software entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives, ensuring targets are met.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the real estate sector.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and train team members to enhance their sales skills.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information on properties, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and team performance using Excel and CRM software.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer handling.
Manage end-to-end customer relationship management, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
2-4 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in managing a tele sales team and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of Excel and CRM software entry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong customer handling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
